Los Danzantes Espadín Joven is an artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, made from 100% espadín agave and protected by the Denomination of Origin.
The agave hearts are cooked in underground conical stone ovens, crushed with a traditional stone tahona, fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in small batches in copper stills. The result is an intense, smoky mezcal with herbal and mineral notes. Numbered bottles.
