Artificial Intelligence Notice
Where and how we use artificial intelligence tools on raiceslatinfood.com, transparently.
Last updated: September 2026
Why this page
We believe visitors have the right to know when content was created or revised with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). This notice answers that question, in line with the transparency principles of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
Text
Some of the site’s text, including dish and shop product descriptions, legal pages and the English and Spanish translations, was written or revised with the help of AI tools. Every text is checked and approved by our team before publication. The menu, prices, allergens and location details are provided and verified by Raíces.
Images
The photographs of our dishes and restaurants are real. Some stock images come from free-licence photo libraries. We do not publish AI-generated images passed off as real photos; if we ever use generated images, they will be labelled as such.
No automated assistant
There are no chatbots or virtual assistants on the site: when you write to us by email or WhatsApp, a person from our team replies. Published reviews are written by real customers and moderated by hand.
No automated decisions
We do not use AI systems to profile you, set personalised prices or rank content based on your behaviour. Every visitor sees the same menu and the same prices.
Your data and AI
The data you leave with us (bookings, orders, comments, email) is not used to train AI models or shared with AI providers. For details on data processing see the Privacy Policy.
Updates and contact
If our use of AI changes, we will update this page. For questions write to raiceslatinfoodfi@gmail.com. See also the Cookie Policy, the Terms and Conditions and the Legal Notice.
